* You can get almost anything you like on the website www.taobao.com

* Do refrain from ordering food products and perfumes as it may not be able to pass China and Singapore customs.

* Agent fee is 10%.

* Handling Fee for items are as follows:
$1 - $5 depending on the size and weight of your item.
The smaller and the lighter the items, the handling fee will be lower. Enoaxis© will allocate the relevant pricing on the order form you've submitted.

* There are 2 payments to be made [Refer below]. Don't worry, I will help you with the calculations after you send in your orders.

FIRST PAYMENT
Step 1: Calculate item cost = Price (一口价) + Courier(快递) (this is in RMB)
Step 2: Conversion to Singapore Dollar = RMB___*0.2
Step 3: Agent Fee = 10% of item cost (in SGD)
Step 4: Handling Fee ($1 - $5)
Step 5: Make Payment via bank transfer

SECOND PAYMENT (Shipping fee/Local Postage fee)
Step 1: Items will be weighed and delivered over to SG through UPS/EMS/DHL
Step 2: We will mail you the cost of shipping charges + local mail(if any)
Step 3: Make payment via bank transfer
Step 4: Await to receive your items

* Shipping fee will be $22.00 for the first 500g and additional $7.00 for subsequent 500g. E.g. 450g will be $22. 1kg will cost $29. 2kg will cost $43. Therefore the more you buy, the cheaper the shipping is (:

* Enoaxis© will only do meetups at Tai Seng MRT station/Bukit Batok MRT station. For meetups elsewhere, please pay for my transport fee.

* You may also opt for Registered Postage. Charges: SGD$3.00 for first item + $1 for each additional item

* Orders take around 4 weeks to arrive after the spree closes. Place your order only if you are willing to wait.

* NO Payment = NO Orders.

* NO meet up for payments, requests will not be entertained.

* Strictly NO conceal cash.

* We only accept fund transfers from POSB/DBS.

* Payment to be made to POSB SAVINGS 039-26804-3.
